1. ACCEPTANCE By accessing or using the Skill Voyage platform you agree to these Terms of Service. 2. PLATFORM ROLE Skill Voyage is an end-to-end recruitment operating system that connects candidates, employers and B2B agencies. We are not an employer of record. 3. ACCOUNTS & ELIGIBILITY You must be 18 years or older to register. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. 4. FEES Service fees, visa processing fees, and subscription packages are listed on the relevant Billing page within the platform. Fees are non-refundable except under the Refund Policy. 5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT No fraudulent documentation, identity theft, harassment, or attempts to circumvent our identity-masking layer. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All platform code, brand assets and aggregated data are owned by Skill Voyage Ltd. 7. TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms with or without notice. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skill Voyage's aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. 9. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nairobi. 10. CHANGES We may update these terms; we will notify users via email or in-app banner.
