WHY WE COLLECT IT To match candidates with employers; to process visa applications; to generate invoices; to provide support. 3. IDENTITY MASKING Candidate identities are masked from employers until an application reaches "hired" stage. This is core to the platform. 4. LEGAL BASIS (GDPR) Contract performance + legitimate interest + your explicit consent. 5. SHARING Employers, agencies and visa partners receive only the minimum necessary data and only after appropriate consent. 6. RETENTION Application data retained for 7 years for audit.
