Skill Voyage started in 2024 as a small operations team in Westlands, Nairobi, helping Kenyan healthcare workers find roles in the UK and the Gulf. We quickly noticed that the back-office tooling for this industry didn't exist — agencies were running placements on WhatsApp threads and shared spreadsheets.
So we built the platform we wished existed: identity-masked candidate sourcing, owner-approved reveals, embedded refund policies, digital contracts, and a single Owner Command Center to run the business from anywhere.
Today Skill Voyage powers placements across 10+ destinations, with B2B agencies in East and West Africa submitting candidates through our portal — and operators running the whole show remotely.
