Refund Policy

1. SCOPE
This policy covers all fees paid through Skill Voyage Billing (visa processing, application fees, subscriptions, agency commission settlements).

2. ELIGIBLE REFUNDS
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of payment IF no embassy or government submission has been made on your behalf.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE
- Embassy / visa processing fees once submitted.
- Document translation / certification fees once delivered.
- Successful placement fees.

4. PROCESS
Email refunds@skillvoyage.co.ke with your invoice number. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. CHARGEBACKS
Initiating a card chargeback for an embassy-submitted application will lead to account suspension and full identity disclosure to the relevant authority.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes will be heard by the Skill Voyage Refund Board, then escalated to mediation in Nairobi if unresolved.
