Employer Agreement

1. ELIGIBILITY
Employer must be a legally registered business in their jurisdiction with valid tax registration.

2. VERIFICATION
Skill Voyage will verify business registration, contact details and proof of operations before publishing offers.

3. RECRUITMENT CONDUCT
Employer agrees to honour the offer terms (salary, accommodation, working hours) advertised on Skill Voyage. Any deviation must be agreed in writing with the candidate.

4. NO POACHING
Employer may not contact candidates outside Skill Voyage during the matching window. Identity-masking violations result in suspension.

5. FEES
Subscription fees, placement fees and visa processing reimbursements are detailed in the Billing section.

6. WARRANTIES
Employer warrants they will not engage in forced labour, child labour, discrimination or trafficking.

7. TERMINATION
For breach: immediate suspension; for convenience: 30 days' notice.

8. INDEMNITY
Employer indemnifies Skill Voyage against claims arising from employer conduct post-placement.
